1 Cut out engine compartment cover on right side (according to dimensions in figure) with 25 mm dia. hole.

2 Position exhaust passage (14b) in hole on inside of engine compartment cover (50) (with outlet toward front of vehicle) and transfer locations for sheet metal nuts (see arrows) and drill with 6 mm dia. bit.

3 Cut exhaust lines (14, 14a) as shown in figure.

4 Install red spacer (20) on exhaust line (14) as shown in figure.
5 Bend mount (15) as shown in magnified section and fasten to exhaust muffler (21) with M6x20 mm screw and nut.
6 Fasten exhaust lines (14, 14a) to exhaust muffler (21) with one pipe clamp each.
7 Fasten exhaust passage (14b) to exhaust line (14a) with pipe clamp.

8 Fasten exhaust muffler (21) and mount (15) to present hole in frame longitudinal member (see magnified section) with 6.3 x 13 mm sheet metal screw.
9 Position red spacer (20) as shown in figure.

10 Route exhaust line (14) to heater as shown in figure and connect with pipe clamp.

11 Install engine compartment cover (50) and fasten exhaust passage (14b) in hole.
12 Fasten exhaust passage (14b) with three M5x16 mm screws and one washer with locker washer each.
