Zinc dust paint serves for preventing corrosion on welds, sheet metal contact points and surfaces, which cannot be painted or are difficult to paint following assembly.
Do not use zinc dust paint for paintwork of exterior vehicle surface.
1 | Thoroughly clean body panels to be painted. |
All bare sheet metal parts must be completely clean and free of rust, oil and wax. |
2 | Apply zinc dust paint uniformly with brush or paint spray gun. |
Maintain drying time of zinc dust paint before overpainting. |
