Remove vertical strut paneling

Unscrew nuts (2) and remove bracket (1)

Remove hose (3) on right side of air conditioner housing and swivel out of working area

Installation: Ensure that hose (3) on air conditioner housing is seated correctly.

Unscrew nut (5) and remove ground line (4)

Bolt/nut, airbag control unit to equipment carrier

Remove screws/bolts (6)

Bolt/nut, airbag control unit to equipment carrier

Detach electrical connectors (7) and remove supplemental restraint system (SRS) control unit (N2/18)

Installation: Ensure that electrical connectors (7) are correctly locked.

Install in the reverse order

Perform initial startup of supplemental restraint system (SRS) control unit (N2/18)

When replacing supplemental restraint system (SRS) control unit (N2/10).
