| Remove/install | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
2 | Disconnect battery ground line | ||
3 | Dashboard (1) removal | ||
4 | Remove air duct (2) | ||
5 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors from front passenger airbag (4) | ||
6 | Unscrew nuts (3) | Nut, frame for kneebag to top of instrument panel | |
7 | Remove front passenger airbag (4) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | ||
9 | Check and erase vehicle fault memory using diagnostic system | When replacing front passenger airbag (4). | |
