Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m)

Disconnect battery ground line

Remove dashboard

Release and disconnect electrical connector from front passenger airbag

 Removal lever

Unscrew nuts (1)

 Nut, front passenger airbag unit to instrument panel carrier

Remove front passenger airbag (2)

Install in the reverse order



Check

8

Check and erase vehicle fault memory using diagnostic system

When replacing front passenger airbag (2).


