Remove/install

Move front passenger seat toward rear

Disconnect battery ground line

Remove bolts (2)

 Bolt, knee airbag to footwell cover

Remove front passenger kneebag (1) until the electrical connector for the front passenger kneebag squib is accessible

Disconnect electrical connector from front passenger kneebag squib

Remove front passenger kneebag (1)

Dispose of removed front passenger kneebag (1) properly

When replacing front passenger kneebag (1).

Install in the reverse order

9

Connect diagnostic system and check supplemental restraint system (SRS)


