Remove/install

Remove upper trim on left or right B-pillar and place to one side with seat belt

AR68.30-S-4700E

 Do not remove belt end fitting of seat belt.

Remove screw/bolt (2) and remove belt guide bracket

 Screw/bolt, belt guide bracket to belt height adjuster

Unscrew bolt (3)

 Screw/bolt, belt height adjuster to B-pillar

*BA91.40-N-1004-01M

Remove belt height adjuster (1) upwards

 Installation: Ensure that guides of belt height adjuster (1) are seated correctly in B-pillar.

Install in the reverse order



Check

6

Perform function test of belt height adjuster and belt buckle

 Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
