The swivel fitting at the longitudinal member must be pulled downwards into the rear corner by the spring force of the non-applied seat belt so that no drop loop can form. After installation, it must be checked whether the entire belt strap is rolled up. In order to carry out the check, the seat belt is pulled out downwards at an angle and back by hand together with the belt lock tongue as far as the guide bracket of the belt extender.
