Remove seat cushion (1)

The seat cushion (1) and the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or the right heated seat cushion (R13/3) cannot be used again and have to be replaced.

Install

Align left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3), as shown on the seat cushion (1)

The cutouts (arrows A, B) on the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or on the right heated seat cushion (R13/3) must be over the attachment points (arrows C, D) for the seat cushion cover.

Remove the adhesive strips in the bonding areas (E, F) one after the other and glue the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) starting at the front onto the seat cushion (1)

Position areas (arrows B) of left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) in the recesses (arrows D) on the seat cushion (1)

If the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) is not fully located in the recesses (arrows D), this may mean that it is no longer possible to fit the seat cushion cover properly anymore.

Remove the adhesive strips in the bonding areas (G, H) one after the other and glue the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) starting at the front onto the seat cushion (1)

Position areas (arrows A) of left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) in the recesses (arrows C) on the seat cushion (1)

If the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) is not fully located in the recesses (arrows C), this may mean that it is no longer possible to fit the seat cushion cover properly anymore.

Remove the adhesive strips in the bonding areas (J, K) one after the other and glue the left heated seat cushion (R13/1) or right heated seat cushion (R13/3) starting at the front onto the seat cushion (1)

Route wiring harness for seat heater (2) into cutout (arrow L) on the seat cushion (1)

Install seat cushion (1)
