Remove/install

Remove right trim from seat frame of passenger seat.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).

Remove bolt (3) .

Installation: Replace screw/bolt(3).

Screw, seat backrest adjustment motor to passenger seat

Remove motor (1) from shaft (4).

If the motor cannot be removed (1) free of tension from the shaft (4).

Lightly move seat backrest forward or backward by hand.

Install in the reverse order.

Check

Carry out function test on seat backrest adjustment.
