Remove/install

Remove back shell (1)

Disconnect electrical connector from lumbar support adjustment motor, right (M28/11) or from lumbar support adjustment motor, left (M28/12)

Remove bolts (2)

Remove lumbar support adjustment motor, right (M28/11) or lumbar support adjustment motor, left (M28/12) and lumbar support (4)

The lumbar support adjustment motor, right (M28/11), the lumbar support adjustment motor, left (M28/12), and the lumbar support (4) form a cohesive unit.

To this end, press the backrest padding in the direction of travel until the lumbar support (4) is exposed and unhook the lumbar support (4) at the backrest frame (5).
