Place individual seat on right side for disassembly

Remove spring (1)

Remove retaining washer (2)

 Installation: Replace retaining washer (2).

Remove link rod (3) from guide pin (4)

Remove gas-operated spring (16) from seat bases (15)

 Release securing clamp to do this.

 Installation: Grease ball head of gas-operated spring (16).

Remove screw/bolt/bolts (5)

 If necessary, operate release lever (6) and pay attention to washers.

 Bolt for front seat base on mounting console

Remove retaining plate (10)

 To do so, unscrew nut (9).

Remove seat belt end fitting (13)

 To do this, remove screw/bolt (12).

 Screw/bolt of belt end fitting to passenger seat

 Bolt for mounting console to cross strut

 Through-bolt for mounting console to seat backrest frame

 Bolt for mounting console to seat backrest frame

Unscrew nut (19)

 Bolt/nut, guide pin to rear seat base

Remove mounting console (14)

Remove seat bases (15)

Remove link rod (18) from seat bases (15)

Only when installing new seat bases (15).

 Slightly turn link rod (18) if necessary.

Install new grab handles at release levers (6) of new seat bases (15)

Only when installing new seat bases (15).

Install in the reverse order
