Remove/install

Remove passenger seat bench in 2nd row

Remove cover from guide pin (3)

When removing the front seat base (1), outside.

Counterhold guide pin (3) and unscrew nut (5)

 Nut for guide bolt to front seat base

Remove pilot bushing (6)

Remove guide pin (3) with pilot bushing (4)

 Installation: Ensure correct alignment of the guide pin (3).
Grease guide pin (3).

Long-life grease

Remove front seat base (1) from seat frame (2) and remove from spring (7)

 Installation: Ensure that spring (7) is correctly seated.

Mount lock washer (8) to new front seat base (1)

When front seat base (1) is replaced.

Mount new grab handle (9) to new front seat base (1)

When front seat base (1) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order
