Remove passenger seat bench in 2nd row

Remove left or right back shell from passenger bench seat backrest, 2nd row

Remove lining at right from seat frame (2) of passenger bench seat, 2nd row

When removing right backrest padding (1).

Remove head restraint guides from the left or right backrest padding (1)

Remove screw/bolt (4) from left or right belt end fitting (3) and remove belt end fitting (3) from seat frame (2)

 Screw/bolt, seat belt buckle to seat frame

Unclip belt guide (7) on left or right panel (6) and remove from seat belt (8)

Remove screw/bolt (9) on left or right panel (6)

Unclip left or right panel (6) from seat frame (2)

Guide left or right seat belt (8) through panel (6) and remove panel (6)

Expose left or right seat belt (8) at belt guide bracket (14)

 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the seat belt (8) in the guides (arrows) of the belt guide bracket (14).

Remove the left or right belt guide bracket (14) from the seat frame (2)

 Screw/bolt, seat belt guide bracket to passenger seat

Loosen edge stripping (12) from left or right backrest padding (1) at seat frame (2)

 Extraction hook

Loosen the left or right backrest padding (1) from the seat frame (2), guide the seat belt (8) with belt guide bracket (14) through the backrest padding (1) and place the backrest padding (1) on the seat cushion padding

Detach hoses (13) from left or right backrest padding (1) and remove backrest padding (1)

Install in the reverse order



Check

Carry out function check of seat belts (8) and belt buckles

Check function of multicontour adjustment

 Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
