Remove/install

Remove head restraint guides from passenger bench seat

Remove paneling at right from seat frame (5) of passenger bench seat

Remove armrests

Completely remove the mounting rail for the backrest padding (1), as shown, from the rear of the seat frame (5)

Unscrew nut (2) and remove belt end fitting (3)

 Note the assembly position of belt end fitting (3).
Counterhold bolt (4).

Remove edge stripping (6) from seat frame (5)

Unclip belt guide (7) on paneling (10) and remove from seat belt (8)

Unscrew bolt (9)

Loosen paneling (10) on seat frame (5), guide seat belt (8) through paneling (10), and take off paneling (10)

Pull backrest padding (1) toward front in lower area and remove from seat frame (5) from above

 Installation: Ensure correct assembly position (arrows) of backrest padding (1) on seat frame (5).

Install in the reverse order

 Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
