Remove back shell from respective backrest

Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

Remove locking clips (4) from mount (2)

Adjust backrest so that head restraint (1) can be pulled out of backrest

Pull head restraint (1) out of mount (2) and head restraint guides (3) and remove

Install in the reverse order

Check

Check function of head restraint adjustment
