Removal, installation

Remove rear seat cushions

Remove upholstery on rear seat backrest

Unhook seat spring mats

Installation: Do not tighten cable strap (1) on control cable (2).
It must be possible for the control cable (2) to move when the backrest is folded down.

Loosen counter nut (3) on top control cable mount

Unhook control cable (2) from upper mount

Previously unhook spring (4)

Installation: Adjust control cable (2) so that backrest does not have any play.

Unhook control cable (2) from bottom mount

Move control cable out of mount to side

Remove control cable (2)

Pull control cable (2) through guide (5)

8

Reinstall in opposite order
