Remove right seat side bolster.

Move right front seat to forwardmost position.

Disconnect electrical connection (2).

Disconnect electrical connector (3) and unclip associated electrical line.

Release right seat backrest (1).

Unscrew bolts (4).

Bolt, outer pivot bearing to body

Pull right seat backrest (1) off center seat backrest and remove.


Do not tilt right backrest (1).
Otherwise, the spacer ring in the right seat backrest (1) may be damaged.

Install in the reverse order
