Remove/install

Move front seat to assembly position

To do this, move front seat all the way up and forwards.

Remove front seat belt buckle

Remove hand wheel (1)

For this purpose, unclip hand wheel (1) and detach.

Remove hand wheel for seat inclination adjustment

Remove bolt (3)

Remove lever (2)


Carefully remove lever (2).
Otherwise, the catch hooks could break at the lever (2).

To do this, press lever (2) in direction of travel and unclip.

Remove bolts (4)

Remove panel (5) and panel (6)

To do this, detach panel (5) and panel (6) from front seat frame and push out of catches (arrows).

Remove lumbar support adjustment switch electrical connector, right front (S108s3) or lumbar support adjustment switch, left front (S109s3)

To do this, disconnect electrical connector and unclip from panel (5) or panel (6).

Remove lumbar support adjustment switch, right front (S108s3) or lumbar support adjustment switch, left front (S109s3)
