Remove/install

Move front seat fully forward and upward

Model 447 with code D50 (Full-width partition wall) or with code D51 (Full-width partition wall with 1 window)

Remove screw/bolt (2)

When removing outer cover (1).

Detach outer cover (1) in rear area of seat frame (arrows A)

When removing outer cover (1).

Press catch hooks (arrows B) together at pin (3) and push pin (3) out of guide in seat frame

When removing outer cover (1).

Slide outer cover (1) forward and remove from seat frame until the electrical connector (4) is accessible at the driver seat lumbar support adjustment switch (S204) or passenger seat lumbar support adjustment switch (S204/1)

When removing outer cover (1).

Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove outer cover (1)

When removing outer cover (1).

Unclip lumbar support adjustment switch on driver seat (S204) or lumbar support adjustment switch on front passenger seat (S204/1) from outer cover (1)

When replacing outer cover (1).

Remove screw/bolt (10)

When removing inner cover (5).

Move front seat backwards until the front area of the inner cover (5) is accessible

Model 447 with code FF1 (Center console with stowage compartment) or with code FG0 (Luxury center console with roller blind) or with code FF2 (Center console with 1-DIN slot), model 448.8 with code FG0 (Luxury center console with roller blind)
When removing inner cover (5).

Unclip inner cover (5) at mounts (arrows C) from seat frame and remove upwards

When removing inner cover (5).

Install in the reverse order

Perform function test for electrical functions at front seat

When removing outer cover (1).
