3 | Detach elastic bands (1) | ||
4 | Unclip clamping rail (2) | To do this, tilt the backrest forward slightly and pull out clamping rail to the front under the seat backrest. | |
5 | Pull off backrest cover (3) and detach metal eyelets (4) from plastic cable (5) | Replace metal eyelets (4). | |
At about 1/3 and 2/3 of the backrest height, the backrest cover is clamped on both sides with the plastic cable (5) in the longitudinal seam of the seat backrest upholstery. | |||

6 | Pull out lower plastic cable (6) | Replace metal eyelet. | |

7 | Pull off backrest cover (3) and detach metal eyelets | Replace metal eyelets. | |

8 | Pull out upper plastic cable (6) | ||
9 | Detach backrest cover (3) | Installation: Pull on backrest cover taut and smooth to prevent creases from forming. | |
10 | Detach backrest upholstery (7) | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order |
