1 | Removing front seat backrest padding | ||
2 | Detach backrest padding cover (1) from side staple clips (2) | ||
3 | Unclip staple clips (2) from staple wires (4) | Rotate staple clips (2) through 90° using a suitable tool. | |
4 | Remove backrest padding cover (1) from backrest padding (3) | ||
5 | Pull staple wires (4) out of fabric hoses in backrest padding cover (1) | ||
| Install | ||
6 | Fold over backrest padding cover (1) at side and top | ||
7 | Slide staple wires (4) into fabric hoses on backrest padding cover (1) and align | ||
8 | Place backrest padding (3) onto backrest padding cover (1) and align | ||
9 | Hook staple wires (4) into staple clips (2) using installation tool | ||
| Installation tool for retaining wire | ||
10 | Pull backrest padding cover (1) over outer edge of backrest padding (3) at side and top | ||
11 | Hook backrest padding cover (1) into side staple clips (2) | ||
12 | Installing backrest padding on front seat |
