Remove/install

Remove passenger seat

AR91.10-P-1000R

Remove seat-back lining from backrest of front passenger seat

AR91.10-P-1910R

Place front passenger seat with backrest on a clean surface

Remove cable ties (2)

Detach electrical connector (4) from right front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2)

Disconnect electrical connector (5) from right front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2)

Detach connector (3) from bracket and expose electrical wiring harness

Disconnect belt tension sensor electrical connector (B48/3x1) and detach from seat frame

Remove bolts (6) and remove seat cushion (1) upwards out of side guides

 Installation:
The guide rails must be aligned, and the screws/bolts (6) must be replaced.
Damage can otherwise occur.

Install in the reverse order

Initial startup

Perform weight sensing system (WSS) commissioning

When removing seat cushion (1) from front passenger seat.


