| Remove/install | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key | ||
2 | Open cover on connection (1) | ||
3 | Remove charger plug from 230 V socket (X58/23) | If connected. | |
4 | Unscrew bolts (3, 8) | ||
5 | Pull 230 V feed socket (X58/23) out of connection (1) until cover (6) can be removed | Installation: Ensure that seal (7) is seated correctly on connection (1). | |
6 | Remove cover (6) from 230 V feed socket (X58/23) | ||
7 | Remove electrical wiring harness (5) from 230 V feed socket (X58/23) and remove 230 V feed socket (X58/23) | Observe connection schematic for electrical wiring harness (5). | |
8 | Remove fresh-water hose (2) from connection (1) | Installation: Check hose clamp. | |
If damage is present: | |||

Replace hose clamp. | |||
9 | Pull out connection (1) until vent hose (4) is accessible | ||
10 | Remove vent hose (4) from connection (1) | Installation: Check hose clamp. | |
If damage is present: | |||

Replace hose clamp. | |||
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | ||
12 | Connect charger plug to 230 V socket (X58/23) and check 230 V socket (X58/23) for proper function | Read off charging voltage from central electronics display unit in cockpit. | |

13 | Remove trim from kitchenette below cover of refrigerator box | ||
For leak check. | |||
| Check | ||
14 | Check connection fitting on fresh water hose (2) and seal (7) between connection (1) and body for leakage in vehicle interior | ||
| Install | ||
15 | Install trim of kitchenette below cover of refrigerator box |
