Remove

Mask repair area around company sign (1) with adhesive tape

Heat company sign (1) to approx.. 40 °C and remove


Carefully remove company sign (1).
Otherwise the paint on the engine hood (2) can be damaged.

Install

Attach adhesive tape (3) in center of engine hood (2) according to dimension (A)

 Adhesive tape (3) serves as assembly aid.
Dimension (a) is 55 mm.

Mark center axle for engine hook on adhesive strips (3) (arrow B)

Attach adhesive strips (4) in lower area of company sign (1) as shown

Extend tip of company sign (1) downward to adhesive strips (4) and mark correspondingly (arrow C)

Remove carrier foil from new company sign (1)

Position company sign (1) on engine hook (2) and align adhesive strips (3, 4) using auxiliary lines (arrow B and arrow C) and glue on


Glue on company sign (1) at a room temperature of approx. 20 °C.
Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

Remove adhesive tape (3, 4)



Clean

Remove adhesive residues from engine hood (2)
