Remove

Cover working area around support plate (8) with adhesive tape.

Mark assembly position of support plate (8).

Remove support plate (8) from side wall (13) with suitable tool.

Cut back remaining adhesive on side wall (13) and support plate (8) down to approx. 1 mm.
Do not leave more than 1 mm. Pull off loose glue (residues not completely cut off). Prevents paint adhesion problems.

Install

Prime contact surface on side wall (13) and support plate (8).

Apply adhesive bead to bottom of support plate (8).
Glue on support plate (8) within 5 minutes. Otherwise the adhesive effect may be impaired.
