Remove

Remove bottom liftgate trim.

Unscrew nuts (arrows) from rear wing (1).

Remove rear wing (1).



Check

Check seal on rear wing (1).

If there is a problem,



replace seal on rear wing (1).



Install

Clean contact surfaces of the rear wing (1) on the liftgate and on the rear wing (1).


The contact surfaces must be free of grease and dust.
Leaks can occur otherwise.

Attach rear wing (1).

Position nuts (arrows) slightly by hand.

Adjust gap dimension of the rear wing (1).

Tighten nuts (arrows).

Install bottom liftgate trim.
