Remove/install

 Danger

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Lift vehicle with vehicle lift

Unscrew bolts (2)

Remove bolts (3)

Remove bolt s (4)

Press fender liner to side so that electrical connector (5) can be accessed

Disconnect electrical connection (5)

 Number of electrical connectors (5) varies depending on equipment variant.

Open maintenance flap

Unclip front washer fluid line (6) and disconnect

Remove expansion rivets (7)

 Clip remover

Unscrew bolts (8) and remove maintenance flap

Unclip rear washer water line (9)

Unclip coolant line (10)

Remove bolts (11)

Unclip front bumper (1) from fenders, lift over stud bolts (12) and remove with aid of helper

15

Install in the reverse order



Unclip cover (13), slightly pull front bumper (1) above cover (13) toward front and remove cover (13)
