Clean fender in area of bonding surfaces of model badge


The bonding surface must be dry, free of dust and grease.
Otherwise sufficient adhesion of the model badge is not ensured.

Attach adhesive strips to fender as assembly aid

 Dimensions:
a = 60 mm
b = 40 mm

Heat fender in area of adhesive surface on model badge to approx. 40 °C

Remove carrier foil

Align model badge on adhesive strips and glue on

Remove adhesive strips and remove adhesive residues from fender
