Remove/install

Drain fresh water tank (7)

Remove fresh water fill level sensor (B146/2)

Unscrew cover (1)

Disconnect electrical connector (2)

Mark assembly position of individual contacts in connector for fresh water pump (M77/1) and remove individual contacts

Installation: Observe installation of individual contacts in connector of fresh water pump (M77/1).

Press grommet (3) into fresh water tank (7)

Installation: Ensure that grommet (3) is seated correctly.

Guide electrical wiring harness (4) on fresh water pump (M77/1) through opening of passage (3) in fresh water tank (7)

Remove hose (6) inside of fresh water tank (7) from elbow fitting (5)

Remove fresh water pump (M77/1) together with hose (6) from fresh water tank (7)

Remove hose (6) from fresh water pump (M77/1)

When replacing fresh water pump (M77/1).

Install in the reverse order

Fill fresh water tank (7)
