Remove/install

Remove cover for air/water duct.

Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery.

Unclip retaining clip (2).

 Dismantling tool

Release and disconnect electrical connection (3).

 Removal lever

Remove retaining clamp (4) and disconnect line (5) from inerting system cartridge (1).

 Installation: Always replace retaining clamp (4).

Remove nuts (6).

 Nut, inerting system cartridge to body

Remove inerting system cartridge (1).

Check seal on connection of line (5) to inerting system cartridge (1) for damage.

If damage is present,



replace inerting system cartridge (1).

Install in the reverse order.
