 	Removal, installation
1	Disconnect ground lead from battery	 Installation: Set timer to current time (see Eberspächer operating instructions).	AR54.10-S-0005A
 Danger!	Fuel vapors present an explosion hazard. Combustion gases are toxic when inhaled. Heater can cause severe burns during and after operation.	Do not start up or operate stationary heaters or engines with heater boosters in closed rooms or in the vicinity of service stations. Allow heater to cool off after operation and wear protective gloves.	AS83.70-Z-0002-01A
 Danger!	Fuel vapors present an explosion hazard. Fuel is toxic when inhaled or absorbed. Contact with fuel can cause eye and skin injury.	Fire, open lights and smoking prohibited. Avoid sparks. Fill and store fuel only in containers intended for this purpose and marked accordingly. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
2	Disconnect connector (1) from fuel metering pump (3)
3	Attach clamps (4) on fuel lines (2, 5)		*000589403700
4	Remove fuel feed line (2) together with hose clamp (1)	 Catch fuel running out in suitable vessel.  Installation: Replace hose clamp (1).
5	Remove fuel return line with hose clamp (1)	 Catch fuel running out in suitable vessel.  Installation: Replace hose clamp (1).
6	Unscrew nut (7) from rubber mount (8) on holder (9)		*BA83.70-N-1006-01A
7	Remove fuel metering pump (3) from rubber mount (8)
8	Install in opposite order
9	Check for proper function		AR83.70-S-5302-02A
