2 | Remove nut for exhaust muffler (2) from heater | ||
3 | Loosen hose clamps (3) | ||
4 | Disconnect exhaust-gas hose | ||
5 | Cut new exhaust hose to length | Cut off end piece 120 mm (4) and intermediate piece 450 mm (5), then deburr. | |
6 | Insulate intermediate piece 450 mm (5) | ||
7 | Pre-shape new exhaust hose and insert onto heater and exhaust muffler | ||
8 | Tighten hose clamps (3) | ||
9 | Screw nut for exhaust muffler (2) onto heater | ||
10.1 | Screw in bolts on diagonal strut (1) | Only model 450.4. | |
