Remove/install

Remove heater (4) from housing.

Release and disconnect electrical connectors (2, 3).

Remove bolts (5).

Installation: Screw in screws (5) in a crosswise pattern.

Detach control unit (1) from heater (4).

Installation: Ensure that seal (7) is seated correctly before mounting control unit (1).

Remove seal (6) from control unit (1).

If control unit (1) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order.
