Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Remove high-voltage battery

Remove screw (1).


To do so, counterhold refrigerant line (1.1) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, refrigerant line (1.1) may be damaged.

Remove nut (2).


To do so, counterhold refrigerant line (1.2) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, refrigerant line (1.2) may be damaged.

Remove bolt (3) .


To do so, counterhold refrigerant line (1.1) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, refrigerant line (1.1) may be damaged.

Remove nut (4).


To do so, counterhold refrigerant line (1.2) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, refrigerant line (1.2) may be damaged.

Remove refrigerant lines (1.1, 1.2) forwards and downwards.



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

Handle refrigerant lines (1.1, 1.2) carefully.
Otherwise, refrigerant lines (1.1, 1.2) could be damaged.

 To do so, remove screws of holders (5). Plug openings.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil.
Check holders (5) for damage.

 Record plug

If damage is detected,



replace corresponding holder (5).

Install in the reverse order.
