Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Remove underfloor paneling at left.

Remove nut (3) from holder (4).


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1, 6) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, damage may occur to the refrigerant lines (1, 6).

Remove nut (7).


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1.1, 8) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1.1, 8) may be damaged.

Detach nut (9).


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1.1, 10) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1.1, 10) may be damaged.

Remove screw (11) .


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1, 12) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 12) may be damaged.

Loosen nut (13) and release holder (14) with refrigerant line (1) from body.

Detach refrigerant lines (1, 1.1) from front connecting points and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

Detach refrigerant lines (1, 1.1) from rear connecting points and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Remove refrigerant lines (1, 1.1).

Replace sealing rings (15) and coat with compressor oil.


