Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Model 447.7/8 except code HX1 (Refrigerant R-1234yf)

Remove underfloor paneling at left.

Remove bolt (2).


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1, 3) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, damage may occur to the refrigerant lines (1, 3).

 Screw/bolt, refrigerant line to refrigerant line on underfloor

Detach refrigerant line (1) from front connecting points and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Unscrew screws (4) from holders (5).

Release holders (5) using a suitable tool (arrow A) and fold up.

Check holders (5) for damage.

If damage is detected,



replace the appropriate holder (5).

Remove screw (6).


Counterhold refrigerant lines (1, 7) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, damage may occur to the refrigerant lines (1, 7).

Release refrigerant line (1) from holders (5), detach from rear connecting point and remove.

Seal openings with suitable stop plug.

 Record plug

Replace sealing rings (8) and coat with compressor oil.



Install in the reverse order.
