| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove cover of roof-mounted air conditioning system. | ||
2 | Remove bolts (1) and remove air conditioner housing cover (2). | Helper required. | |
3.1 | Remove right evaporator of roof-mounted air conditioning system. | Model 907.6/7 | |
3.2 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) from shutoff valve (4) on left side. | If the shutoff valve (4) on the left side is to be removed. | |
4 | Remove screw (5). | ||
5 | Remove shutoff valve (4) from expansion valve (6). | ||
6 | Replace sealing ring (7) and wet with compressor oil. | ||
| Compressor oils (specification 362.1) | ||
Assembly tool | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | ||
8 | Perform function test of roof-mounted air conditioning system. |
