Injury Hazard! Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism

Open engine hood

Remove screw (4)

Remove C-AAC multifunction sensor (B31) from the water collector (3)

Bend bracket (5) back slightly.

Disconnect electrical connector from C-AAC multifunction sensor (B31)

Install in the reverse order
