Remove/install

Discharge air conditioning system.

Remove left front wheel.

Remove left fender liner.

Remove low-pressure line (1) from refrigerant compressor.



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

BB00.40-P-0362-01A


Seal low-pressure line (1) and refrigerant compressor immediately using suitable  stop plugs.
Otherwise the air conditioning system can be damaged.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring of low-pressure line (1) and moisten with compressor oil.

Remove left air filter housing.

Unscrew screw (3) and remove low-pressure line (1) from refrigerant line (4).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

BB00.40-P-0362-01A


Seal low-pressure line (1) and refrigerant line (4) immediately using suitable  stop plugs.
Otherwise the air conditioning system can be damaged.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring of low-pressure line (1) and moisten with compressor oil.

Lift out low-pressure line (1).
