Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been evacuated.

Remove refrigerant lines (3)



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

Seal connections on refrigerant lines (3) and at condenser (1) immediately with suitable stop plugs.
Otherwise the air conditioning system can be damaged.

 For this purpose, remove bolts (4).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil.

Disconnect electrical connector (6)

Remove condenser (1) from cooler (2)

 To do this, remove cable tie (7).

 Installation: Install new cable tie (7).

Remove condenser (1)


Carefully remove condenser (1) upwards.
Otherwise there may be damage to the condenser (1) or cooler (2).

 Press retaining clamp (8) inwards and remove condenser (1) upwards from guides (9).

Install in the reverse order

 Headless screws/bolts: screws/bolts and nuts, coarse-pitch thread
