Separate electrical connectors (2)

Remove bolts (4)

Unclip housing (3) of air recirculation flap and remove

Disconnect electrical connection (5)

Remove screw/bolts (7)

Remove bracket (6)

Remove screw/bolts (9)

Remove air duct segment (8)

Open cable tie and remove electrical wiring harness (10)

 Installation: Replace cable tie.

Remove plug (11)

Remove screws/bolts (13)

Remove upper heater box element (12)

 Installation: Ensure that the upper heater box element (12) and the seal (14) are installed in the correct position.

Remove evaporator (1)

 Installation: Check for correct seating.

Remove expansion valve (15)

When replacing the evaporator (1).

Install in the reverse order
