1 Remove protection cover (1) from expansion valve (4).

2 Connect refrigerant lines (A and D) in the expansion valve (4) .
Before installation, spray O-ring with compressor oil!

3 With the two screws (3), screw support (2) corresponding to refrigerant lines (A and D) under the windshield.
4 Install refrigerant line (A) in the upper screw (5) of support (2) with the plate welded for this purpose.

5 With clamp (6), secure refrigerant line (D) in the lower screw (7) of the welded support of refrigerant line (A) and support (2).

6 Insert separator (8) between the hoses of the two refrigerant lines (A and D).
7 Route vacuum pipe (9) of the main brake cylinder under the refrigerant line, along the existing lines (A and D), and secure with the aid of grommets.
