Remove/install

Remove air conditioner housing.

Remove ram air flap actuator motor.

Remove right center air vent air flap actuator motor.

Remove left footwell flap actuator motor.

Remove left defroster flap actuator motor.

AR83.10-P-2004RK

Remove right air mixing flap actuator motor.

AR83.10-P-2003RK

Remove left air mixing flap actuator motor.

AR83.10-P-2002RK

Remove actuator motor of fresh/recirculated air flaps.

Expose electric lines at air conditioner housing.

Remove evaporator.

Remove activated charcoal fine particle filter.

AR83.00-P-1000RK

Unlock clips (1) and remove air conditioner housing bottom section (2).

 There are 5 clips (1) at the air conditioner housing bottom section (2).

Remove screws (3) and guide out air duct segments (4).

Release clips (5) and remove housing (6).

 There are 6 clips (5) at the housing (6).

Install in the reverse order
