Open engine hood

Remove front flap

 Undo both catches.

Remove fresh air hose (1) at air conditioner (2)

Open both quick-release couplings (3)

 Installation: Press air conditioner (2) against housing and close quick-release couplings (3).
Ensure that air conditioner (2) is seated correctly.

Lift air conditioner (2) using grab handles (4) and pull upward

 Installation: Guide air conditioner (2) downward in guide rails (9) and hook to housing using shackles (10).

Hook air conditioner (2) to bracket (5) at radiator (6)


Do not set air conditioner (2) down on condensation water diaphragms (8).
Otherwise they may be damaged.

 Installation: Guide lines (7) between radiator (6) and cab; do not kink lines (7) in the process.
Fold seal between radiator (6) and cab back in after routing through lines (7).

Install in the reverse order

Check air conditioning for proper operation
