Remove/install

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Deenergize high-voltage on-board electrical system.

Remove electric line of high-voltage plug (2) from holder.

 Installation: Check retaining clip.

If any is found,



Replacing retaining clip.

Disconnect high-voltage plug (2) at refrigerant compressor.

Remove nut (3).

 Nut, refrigerant line to refrigerant condenser for high-voltage battery cooling system

Unscrew bolt (4).

 Bolt, refrigerant line to refrigerant compressor

Remove refrigerant line (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

BB00.40-P-0362-01A

 Seal openings on refrigerant condenser and on refrigerant compressor.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil.

 Record plug

Install in the reverse order.
