Remove/install

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Remove nut (2).


When loosening and tightening the nut (2), counterhold the refrigerant line (1) in the area of the line flange using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 3, 4) could be damaged.

Detach refrigerant lines (1, 3) from refrigerant line (4).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Seal openings in refrigerant lines (3, 4).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (5) and coat with compressor oil.

 Record plug

Remove screw (6).


When loosening or tightening the screw (6), counterhold the connecting flange (7) using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 8) could be damaged.

Remove refrigerant line (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Seal opening in connecting flange (7).

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Install in the reverse order.
