Remove/install

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Remove nut (3).

 Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve

Remove screws/bolts (4).

 Bolt, refrigerant line to bracket

Detach refrigerant lines (1, 2) from expansion valve (5).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

BB00.40-P-0362-01A

 Seal openings on refrigerant line (2) and expansion valve (5).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (6) and coat with compressor oil.

 Record plug

Remove refrigerant line (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 To do so, remove nut. Seal opening in shutoff valve (7).

 Installation: Replace sealing ring (8) and coat with compressor oil.
