1 | Remove air conditioner housing (A32) | ||
2 | Unscrew bolts (1) and remove left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) or blend flap actuator motor (M2/14) from AC housing (A32) and hang to side with lines connected | Installation: Install left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) or blend air flap actuator motor (M2/14) on guide pin (arrow) on air conditioner housing (A32). | |
3 | Unscrew bolt (9) and open line bracket (10) | ||
4 | Unlock catch hooks (8) and open line bracket (7) | ||
5 | Remove bolts (3) | ||
6 | Release catch hooks (5) and pull heat exchanger (6) out of AC housing (A32) | Do not remove spring clips (4). The spring clips (4) are damaged during disassembly and the heat exchanger (5) must be replaced. | |
Installation: Ensure that seal on heat exchanger (6) is seated correctly. | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order |
