Remove cross member under the instrument panel

Remove vertical brace

Remove expansion valve

Only with (code I01) air conditioning Plus (with outside temperature display) (FFO).

Detach coolant hoses (1) from heating heat exchanger

Installation: Do not mix up hoses.

Moisten coolant hoses (1) before installation.

Disconnect plug (2) and plug (3)

Pay attention to catch lugs.

Disconnect condensate hoses (4) on right and left

Unscrew nuts (5) and heater housing (6)

When replacing the heater housing (6)

Remove blower motor

Remove series resistor for heater blower

Install in the reverse order
